Enjoyment of national rights and mental and physical ability to perform public duties
Age : At least 18 years old and no more than 40 years old on January 1st of the current year. The maximum age limit may be extended for a period equivalent to the actual or rectifiable service period for retirement, not exceeding 45 years.
Obtaining the required diploma or certificate for accessing the competed grades : Success certificates are not accepted, and no diploma or certificate outside the required level or specialization will be accepted.
