Conditions de candidature
Moroccan nationality.
Enjoy national rights and have the mental and physical capacity to perform public functions.
Age: At least 18 years old and no more than 40 years old on January 1st of the current year (the maximum age limit may be extended for a period equivalent to the valid or rectifiable service period for retirement purposes, not exceeding 45 years).
Possess the diploma or certificate required for access to the grade (technical diploma issued by vocational training institutions established according to Decree No. 2.86.325 dated January 9, 1987, or an equivalent certificate).
Success certificates are not accepted, and no diploma or certificate other than the required level or specialization will be accepted.
For resistance fighters, wards of the nation, and former military personnel: applications must be submitted through their respective administrative departments.
For persons with disabilities: must hold a disabled person card.

Documents du dossier requis :
- Application request for the recruitment competition, specifying the candidate's full name, permanent address, signature, phone number, and email address.
- Copy of the technician diploma in the required specialization or an equivalent certificate (success certificates are not accepted, and no diploma or certificate other than the required level or specialization will be accepted).
- Copy of the National Identity Card.
- For technicians specializing in driving vehicles and heavy machinery: a copy of driving license type C or D and a certificate proving more than one year of experience in driving heavy machinery.
- Authorization from the employer to take the competition for candidates who are civil servants (under penalty of rejection or removal from the final list).
- Copy of the certificate proving the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant (for those who have this status).
- Certificate of registration in the lists of persons with disabilities (for persons with disabilities).
- Any document proving that the candidate possesses the practical skills and competencies required for the desired position (if applicable).
- For finally successful candidates: original diploma or certificate and two certified copies thereof.
